Give your Atari 520/1040ST/FM/e a fresh new lease of life.Now there's no need to find rare DD disks or suffer a slow/worn Atari floppy drive... Simply install the new floppy drive in the same spot (see photo at bottom of this page).
This unit is very quiet, a great change from your old clunky ST drive - runs smoother and faster than the original.
You can download tons of free Atari software off the net (your ST will read disks formatted on a PC (720kb), then just transfer files from the PC to your Atari).
These are re-conditioned drives that will run in DD mode, (720Kb) but will read HD's formatted to 720Kb. **Sony only made a few models of 3.5" HD floppy drives that are compatible with the Atari ST, sadly these are no longer made, so this is your last chance to pick up a floppy drive for your trusty old Atari ST system!!**
